Wedding planning

We offer a variety of wedding planning and coordinating services designed to create a truly memorable event to complement your individual style and budget. With our exquisite taste, wedding knowledge, planning experience and industry contacts, we save you time and allow you the luxury of enjoying every moment of planning your wedding – stress free.

  • Platinum – Full wedding planning

    • As your partner in planning, we will recruit the ideal team of vendors, provide you with expert advice, imaginative ideas and coordinate all the logistical details. Relax and enjoy your day, knowing that the finest details have been considered.

      • Selection of wedding colour scheme, theme and design
      • Finding, negotiating, booking and communicating with suitable vendors:

      - Ceremony location
      - Reception
      - Catering
      - Music and entertainment
      - Officiant
      - Florist
      - Equipment hire and décor
      - Accommodation
      - Transportation
      - Cake
      - Hair and makeup
      - Photographer and videographer

      • Assist with dress selection and bridal party attire
      • Assist with the selection of your wedding stationery
      • RSVP management and guest confirmation
      • Contract review and negotiation
      • Confirm contracts and timing of events with vendors
      • Assist with preparing a detailed budget
      • Manage the timing of events with your family, bridal party and vendors
      • Prepare a detailed schedule of events and itineraries
      • Rehearsal coordination (up to 2 hours)
      • Instructing attendants about their duties
      • Assist with the selection of special gifts for your guests and members of your wedding party
      • Assist with creating info packs for out of town guests including local maps and information on attractions
      • Disbursement of all vendor gratuities and final payments
      • Ensure gifts and envelopes are turned in to your trusted family or friend at the end of the evening
      • Wedding ceremony coordination
      • Wedding day coordination (up to 10 hours) 

      We will continually keep you informed of our progress and will frequently conduct meetings to discuss wedding details.

      In addition, we are at your service via email and will respond to voice mail messages on the same day they are received during times when we are immediately unavailable by phone.

  • Gold – Partial wedding planning

    • We would be pleased to customise a gold package that provides you with the flexibility to do as much or as little as you like. Ideal for the bride and groom that have already started planning, our gold package allows you to select which services you require assistance and which you would like to do yourself. From designing a wedding theme to vendor selection to hourly wedding assistance, let us take care of as much or as little of the planning as you need.Our gold offerings can include any services listed in the diamond package and anything else you require assistance with.

  • Silver – Wedding day service

    • We are there on your wedding day to make sure everything goes to according to plan. All you have to do is enjoy yourself. Our wedding day service ensures a flawless event that you will treasure forever.Before your wedding day
      • In-depth consultation four to six weeks before your wedding day
      • Creation of a comprehensive wedding day schedule and distributed for everyone requiring them including the entertainers and MC.
      • Confirmation of vendors so nothing is left to chance. 

      On your wedding day
      • Comprehensive coordination of the day
      • Act as the central point of contact for the day
      • Ensure vendors have arrived on time and provide assistance and direction where necessary
      • Set up of special event décor items including place cards, favors, placing menus, guest book
      • Coordinate family and bridal party for formal photographs to maximise photographer time
      • Work with the venues to ensure a smooth transition between ceremony, cocktail hour & reception
      • Ensure bridal party runs on schedule and assist with an on-time start
      • Orchestrate ceremony line-up and work with the MC to ensure a smooth running event
      • Access to the I Heart Paper emergency kit to solve any unexpected problems
      • Disbursement of all vendor gratuities and final payments
      • Ensure gifts and envelopes are turned in to your trusted family or friend at the end of the evening
      • We will be on-site for 10 hours (additional time available upon request)
